Pac-12 Networks was the media company of the Pacific Athletic Conference (Pac-12) and its 12-member universities. Responsible for the launch and management of the Pac-12’s media company including Pac-12 Networks (one national and 6 regional collegiate sports networks), the 12 Official Athletic Sites of the universities, Pac-12.com, the social media accounts of Pac-12 Networks (YouTube, Facebook, Snapchat, Instagram, Twitter) and Pac-12 Now, the networks’ TV Everywhere service. From 2011 to 2017, oversaw the development and growth of Pac-12 Networks into a profitable and fully integrated university-owned media company. Pac-12 Networks generated additional exposure and new revenue for the Pacific Athletic Conference and its member universities. The Networks were distributed globally (+ 100 countries, including China) on linear and digital platforms with more than 75 programming services and social media channels featuring Pac-12 content. In 2013, helped create the Pac-12 Networks Internship Program in which university students were schooled in live sports event production. Students worked at sports events produced by Pac-12 Networks, earning hands on experience and pay. From 2013 to 2017, more than 800 students participated in the program.

Oversaw MSG Media’s Programming, Production, Marketing, Engineering & Operations departments with about 75 full-time and 125 seasonal employees. Responsible for the management of the RSN's programming strategy, production, content development, network scheduling and operations for MSG and MSG Plus. MSG Media produced + 2300 hours of original programming and 325 live sports events per year. During tenure, MSG Media won an unprecedented 46 Emmy awards.

Helped manage Oxygen Media’s original programming productions.

Oversaw Oxygen’s venture into sports as part of the network's original launch team. Managed Oxygen's sports staff and business interests for the TV network and website including the P/(L), programming strategy and executive production of content. Oxygen's sports division had a staff of 60.

Part of the management team responsible for ABC's sports programming strategy, acquisitions and scheduling of content on the television network. Lead manager for ABC's Wide World of Sports anthology series and other premiere properties including professional, Olympic and NCAA sports & events. Served as ABC Sports' Programming & Production liaison with the European Broadcasting Union (1995-99). Appointed to the Lifetime Board of Directors to help manage ABC/Disney’s ownership interests in the channel.

Served as the Director of Programming & Acquisitions (1991-1993); the Manager of Programming (1989-1991); the Coordinator of Programming (1989), On-Air Short Track & Speed Skating Analyst (1987-1988) and as a Production Associate (1986-1988) in ABC Sports' Olympic Unit where I was responsible for helping produce Up Close and Personal profiles and features for ABC's coverage of the 1988 Winter Olympics.

Director and resident coach for speed skating at Northern Michigan University's Olympic Training Center. New position and pilot program created to enable speed skaters who were students at NMU to receive coaching and resources to continue their training and education in a university and USOC supported environment. While there, I was also appointed to be the U.S. Short Track National Team and World Team coach helping Bonnie Blair win her first World Short Track Championship title.

Senior producer responsible for the 6 & 11 PM local newscasts for CBS affiliate station in Michigan's Upper Peninsula. Executive Produced nightly newscasts including oversight of editorial, content, on-air talent/reporters and production staff. Worked with station's staff to create original specials that appealed to the local community.
