I am full time real estate investor/wholesaler in the Dallas and Austin TX markets, my company averages 8-10 wholesale deals a month. I have been around real estate my whole life, and after a brief stint in the corporate world, I decided that working for someone else was not for me. My mom owns a real estate brokerage while also managing her own portfolio of rental properties in my home state of Michigan, and she has always been my biggest entrepreneurial inspiration. In late 2013 I realized that my tiny hometown of Ann Arbor MI was too small for my big dreams so I moved to Dallas TX and started my own real estate investment company. Since finding success as a wholesaler and real estate investor in the Texas market I have also expanded my wholesaling ventures to include my home state of MI. Utilizing the contacts I've made there I have been able to expand my business and dip my toe into the world of virtual wholesaling.I have always believed that wholesaling, in the short term, is a great way to get involved in real estate and to learn how to source deals for other strategies. My long term goals are to expand beyond wholesaling and focus on more passive forms of income and teach others how to find financial freedom through real estate. In an effort to impart some of the knowledge and wisdom I've accumulated onto others, I teach a class called Wholesaling 101. It's an in depth, hands on program that gives new wholesalers the specialized knowledge and resources to begin their investing careers and find their own success.
