About Lydia Sarbin

In May of 2022, I graduated from the Virginia Polytechnic Institute with a BS degree in Real Estate and Professional Sales.In tandem with my studies, I worked as an intern for several companies in the fields of commercial real estate investment/development, brokerage, construction, and interior design. These experiences imparted me with experiential knowledge and first-hand experience in different facets of the real estate industry.Shortly after graduating, I obtained my Virginia Real Estate License and began my professional career with Walker Commercial Services, a commercial real estate and auction firm located in Roanoke, VA. As an agent, I focused on the commercial, industrial, and REO/distressed asset market sectors, assisting with numerous foreclosure sales, and personally closing a handful of arm’s length sale and lease transactions. I am diligently seeking new opportunities within the evolving world of commercial real estate and alternative asset investments to advance my knowledge and skillset in an effort to better serve future clients and navigate more complex deals.
