Lydia leads the Product, Technology and Data practice and brings deep functional expertise in technology and product leadership roles. Lydia’s focus is end-to-end search execution; business development, account development, preparing and leading pitches, fee negotiation, through to search delivery; research, candidate conversion, candidate management, long-list to shortlist processes, analysis/report writing, referencing (soft and formal), offer negotiation and onboarding.
