She began her real estate career in 2010 after earning her Marketing degree from Michigan State University. She jumped headfirst into the Chicago real estate market, where she was quickly involved in multi-million dollar residential and commercial transactions. Under the mentorship of one of Chicago's top realtors, she developed strong marketing and negotiation skills which continue to drive her success and give her clients an edge in buying and selling real estate. Lydia's knowledge spans the industry, encompassing luxury home and waterfront properties, multifamily developments, condo conversions/deconversions, 1031 exchanges, new construction, and vacant land sales. She is respected amongst clients and peers for her collaborative and warm nature, solutions-focused mindset, and commitment to a win-win outcome for all parties to a transaction.The onset of the pandemic presented Lydia with an opportunity to return to her beloved Traverse City, where family ties run deep. She's grateful for the chance to raise her two sons in the welcoming embrace of her hometown, where her local connections and large network are tremendously valuable to her clients. Lydia enjoys helping families move to the area and is a great resource for all things kid-related. Aside from real estate, her passions include hiking, skiing, tennis, and the many outdoor activities available to us in Northern Michigan.
