I was raised in Kansas City, Missouri, and grew up as a passionate Chiefs and Royals fan. When I'm not providing smiles to my patients, I spend time with my family and enjoy going on walks with my Great Dane named Zeus. I obtained my Associate of Arts degree with Honors at the Metropolitan Community Colleges at Longview. While pursuing a career in dental hygiene, I have had the pleasure of providing excellent customer service as a head lifeguard, teaching adults and children how to swim, and certifying lifeguards at the Jewish Community Center of Greater Kansas City in Overland Park, Kansas, for over 6 years. My time at The J allowed me to develop team leadership and organizational skills that will continue to be beneficial wherever I may go. I am currently a dental hygiene student at the University of Missouri-Kansas City School of Dentistry (UMKC SOD), and graduate in May of 2024. As a student in the Dental Hygiene Program at UMKC SOD, I strive to provide excellent patient center care to those within my community by designing care that fits my patient's individual needs. I enjoy working alongside my fellow classmates and faculty. Working with my peers has enhanced my professional knowledge and communication. I plan on staying within the Kansas City area and look forward to continuing to give smiles to those within my community.
