As Regional Manager of the Northwestern Region of TRIAD Engineering, Inc., Lydia was responsible for managing staff, contract administration, and overall quality control and technical quality assurance of projects undertaken by the office. Lydia also performed technical activities as Senior Chemist of TRIAD. In that capacity, she provided environmental services to industry, private developers, and the regulatory agencies. Her tasks have included site assessments, SAP and QAPP development, field operations management, preliminary human health and ecological risk assessments, laboratory data validation, and developing remedial action work plans.
