Responsibilities:• Responsible for overall M&E construction site planning, work programme, construction operations and activities, management and all related reports.• Lead and coordinate with consultants, main contractors and sub-contractors for M&E works procedures of the assigned projects.• Monitor and track the master and detailed work programme in order to complete the project within the agreed timeline.• Attend and coordinate all M&E matters with various Consultants, Contractors and relevant Authorities.• Review and ensure M&E layout design in terms of functionality, buildability, maintainability, cost efficient and sustainability aspects are complied with.• Implement M&E best practices in the projects and drive standardisation of M&E design and provisions across various asset classes.• Implement cost management or value engineering to ensure M&E design efficiency meets project requirements.• Liaise and coordinate with Consultants for M&E submissions and approvals.• Facilitate interaction between Consultants and Contractor on site to resolve M&E design and construction issues.• Participate in construction management processes to ensure smooth progress of M&E works.• Ensure the smooth progress and efficiency of the construction works by adhering to quality control policy, in accordance with specification standards, quality guidance, safety regulation on site and contractual obligations.• Lead and provide guidance to the M&E Site Team personnel in carrying their tasks.

Completed Project - Infrastructure, Building & Public Realm Works for Tun Razak Exchange (TRX)-Civil & Structure Works such as reinforced concrete plaza, constructing retaining wall, relocation of utilities, implementing Syfonic system etc- Architectural works such as facade treatment, finishes, ceiling system within Central Business District ("CBD") area, etc- M&E services such as lighting, vertical transport, cabling works, cable infra & platform systems utilities below CBD Loop Road • Execute and carry out site activities and inspections as per set target and compliance.• Coordinate with all trades of works.• Monitor progress; check that quality assurance/ status updates/financial reports, are provided along with provision of regular updates to Management/immediate supervisor in order to ensure efficient allocation of resources• Supervise site staffs work procedures in accordance to technical work specifications• Assist in monitoring subcontractors• Check that all works are carried out based on established method statements/procedures, specifications and contract requirements• Attend project update meetings with Project Manager/Director• Liaise with engineering team and consultants on the technical design and processes which meets project requirements • Assist in tendering, procurement and contracting processes on technical matters• Study, highlight and resolve discrepancies of drawings and specifications• Participate in the planning of construction activities and setting of targets for the construction work programme
