Payroll analyst for Manila based processing team which executes the end-to-end inputs for allowances, deductions, overtime, tax code changes as well as maintaining and updating employee tax records as required. Delivers accurate and timely pre and post payroll reports and administer country-specific benefits and terminations. Along with the team’s SMEs, conducts investigations such as RCA into escalations and employee pay and benefits queries. Assists on regulatory audit and actuarial by preparing and consolidating required data.Solution focused and in charge for continuous improvements of handled processes including the development of ideas to simplify tasks to increase efficiency and productivity.Key processes handled:1.Compensation and Benefits- Process loan set-up payroll instructions, applications certification, tracker data input, update and maintenance. Assist on ad-hoc requests, investigates and answers queries and oversee employer/company data update.-Process end-to-end retirement benefit withdrawals for terminated employees, ad-hoc early withdrawal for active employees, high-level forfeitures and FS recon for funding and rollover processing, post payroll reporting and key person for company-wide activity for semi-annual voluntary share and beneficiary update. -Process HMO instructions, assists for ad-hoc dependent enrollment and update, key person for company-wide annual enrollment and updating activity.2. Onboarding, Core Payroll processing and Off-boarding -Process payroll instructions which includes data entry and completion review of payroll related requirements for new hires and pending deductions for terminated employees.- Assist on ad-hoc task such as leave requests/amendments and tax code changes. Performs maker-checker activities for vendor reports such as final pays and annualized register and alphalist during year-end.-Process COE creation, overseeing terminated employees’ clearance via e-portal.
