CurrentResponsible for Software and Firmware Solution for Business Accounts- Pre-sales and post-sales services: with 20+ Accounts and handle large scale orders- Project Management (plan setting/evaluating, schedule/milestone management, resource coordination, conflict resolution, daily tracking meeting with core teams): handling 3 complex and large scale projects and other 7 customized projects ongoing in parallel. Currently the milestones are on track. - Manage/oversee budget: 100% budgeting attain rate. - Release quotation and negotiate contracts: negotiated 10+ contracts with 10+ customers.- Identify critical issues, develop mitigation plans and execute escalations:(1) Avoided issues by preventing to cooperate with 2 partners with poor credit.(2) Prior communication with stakeholders of the possible unsolvable situation.(3) Assigned relevant team members with specific skills and seek for collaboration with chipset designer to deal with 2 issues. (4) Mitigated possible revenue loss of 2M by negotiating a proposal for customer.- Track delivery status(1) Provided deliverables with 95% on-time rate. (2) Customer has high risk of slipping project milestone (EVT) for the global shortage of one key component. Lyla collaborated and successfully provided the necessary items in a week and solved the issue.- Manage customer satisfaction(1) Get tangible feedback with formats provided to customer.(2) Regular calls and meetings to ensure expectation from customers are attained.
