About Lyle Gilbertson

For over the past 40+ years, I have been a business owner, as well having served as a senior executive in managing multiple shopping centers. The janitorial cleaning business is our core family business; our son, his wife and our grandson serve as our core management team. Throughout the entire Phoenix metro area, we serve businesses large and small with their office and commercial cleaning needs. Additionally, I also have a small marketing business where I help other business owners with strategic marketing, and sales, concepts. On occasion, I've been a speaker and I'm also an author. I've written on how to sell, how to effectively retain customers, and on business management (including business and personal leadership).Specialties: We provide reliable janitorial excellence at a fair and flexible price, and we do it with NO long-term contracts that unnecessarily restrict a customer's ability to have the high-quality cleaning services that they deserve.In marketing, my approach is to always focus on finding ways to increase market share in a sensible and cost-efficient fashion while maintaining the lowest possible overhead. One tip that I give to everyone is to always listen to your prospects, and let them tell you what BENEFITS they feel are most important to them.
