Worked on the development of an ML-driven quant hedge fund trading platform and algorithms

Collaborated with the trading team on the following projects:• [Analytics] Price Forecast Monitoring: Improved trader-on-duty's decision-making by developing an analytics pipeline, conducting exploratory data analysis, and creating an interactive dashboard to monitor variances between forecast inputs and actual market data resulting in a predicted annual financial impact of Php 50M to 100M.• [Modelling] ML Model Training for Magat HEPP: Boosted capability forecasting accuracy (~+80%) through model (re)training, hyperparameter optimization, feature importance analysis, and selecting the top-performing ML model. Decreased potential revenue loss due to overdeclaration of capability, resulting in a predicted annual financial impact of Php 40M.

Formulated a 2D physical representation of linear polymer dynamics by energetically exciting a chain of spherical beads with a fixed terminal excited via a Chladni plate. Gained experience in communicating research results in a comprehensive yet digestible format
