Responsible for the leadership, development, training, and operational employment of a Signals Intelligence Battalion consisting of approximately 550 Marines and Sailors. Responsible for the overall performance and mission accomplishment of the battalion while supporting higher headquarters in garrison and while deployed throughout the Asia/Pacific region. Responsible for ensuring the physical security for the commands Sensitive Compartment Information Facility (SCIF) and overseeing the units information and personnel security program. Directed the execution of a $1.4M annual budget and had direct oversight of a $39.3M property account.

Commanding Officer of the Marine Corps intelligence school. Supervised the training and preparation of Marines for intelligence assignments with the Marine Corps, joint service, and national intelligence community. Responsible for directing and supervising all entry and advanced enlisted general military intelligence and all entry and advanced officer intelligence training for the Marine Corps. Led and managed a 100 person instructor staff instructing a daily population of 500 students. Over a three year period, averaged an annual graduation rate of 1000 students. Served as the senior member for a Training and Education Command (TECOM) Training Review Group (TRG) responsible for reviewing current intelligence officer training and provided recommendations to improve officer intelligence training to the Marine Corps Director of Intelligence and Commanding General, TECOM. Directed the execution of a $440K annual budget supporting intelligence training and by reducing inefficiencies, decreased spending by over $100K.

Served as the intelligence officer and deployed in support of Iraqi Freedom. Responsible for directing intelligence analysis, production, and collections supporting the Commanding Officers decision making process. Served as the principle adviser to the Commanding Officer on enemy threat capabilities and tactics during combat operations. RCT-6 was one of the last 2 Marine Regiments to deploy to Iraq.

Deployed in support of Iraqi Freedom. Served as the intelligence plans officer for II MEF (FWD).

Supervised and directed world wide military intelligence production supporting the Marine Corps and the National Intelligence Community.

Managed and directed intelligence operations supporting the Commanding Officer's planning requirements. Supported combat operations in Iraq, Yugoslavia and Kosovo while embarked with the USS Enterprise Battle Group.

Served as the principle advisor to the Commanding Officer on threat capabilities impacting the squadrons operations. Supported the commander and his staff during operational planning events ensuring threat capabilities were thoroughly understood and that this information supported the commanders decision making process.
