Being more tech savvy and understanding of constantly changing technology. Obtaining equipment to assist officers and the communities needs. Trying to create an enjoyable place to working a difficult field. Creating open and honest communication with other agencies that work with law enforcement. Been in law enforcement since 1998. Been blessed to have been given several opportunities to enhance my career. Worked with some awesome people who made my job easy. Have coached youth sports since 2005. Have coached track and cross country since 2012 at high school level. I have been the Assistant Girls Track Coach since 2016 and Head Coach for the Girls XC team both for Mt Pleasant High School.
