- Interact with and develop regional Chapter Presidents. Integral in training, primary point of contact, commission payments- Vendor management, project management, bid comparison, vendor relations- Web portal development and user interface problem solving- Content development and management- Facilitate annual leadership conference with over 2000 attendees and as many as 20 remote locations while generating over $250k in revenue- Host and assist with multiple C-level advisory meetings on a monthly basis handling sensitive and confidential information- Main point of contact for all billing, technical, public, field, or other inquiries- Establish and maintain internal and external processes to save money and time within daily, weekly, and monthly operations
