Overall, I have been working in the CEM industry for the past 17 years and began my career as an electronic technician, working my way up to a Senior management position within the company.I began my career as an electronic technician and was selected to work in the role of Project Manager. It is from this position that saw my growth within the company. I was the manager of the Project Management team for several years before being selected to be part of the Senior Management group. In this capacity, I managed some of the company’s largest clients with whom I had a good rapport and working relationship. Many of my customer contracts were in the aerospace and defence industry, transport, security and industrial sectors. In this role, I had to manage, maintain and provide schedules to meet the clients’ orders and requirements. In addition, it was my responsibility to assist the marketing team with prospective new leads and the existing client market base. I have achieved extensive experience from my role in senior management. This position has taught me how to work closely with my team, to further develop my communication skills both verbal and written. In addition, I am adaptable, capable of problem-solving, flexible and able to work well on my own initiative or as part of a team in order to meet targets and deadlines. My years of experience in dealing with people have made me very good at building good relationships with customers so that they may feel comfortable coming to me for support. I am dedicated and passionate about my career.
