*Establishes, develop and implement Administration strategies. *Formulates and implements Administration policies, objectives and goals within the company. *Strategic role in Establishing and management of annual budgets and ensure the accurate interpretation and appraisal as well as analysis of the financial results at the facility level. *Ensure compliance with company's policies, standards and regulations while creating an organizational structure, management of business units and divisions, development of executive personnel. *Assisting in overseeing startups and acquisitions, and responsibility for any decisions that will have a major impact on the company's welfare. *Travel to 10 Acute and Residential Facilities to assess and implement best practices while acting as Interim Chief Executive Officer.
