I bring 47 years of general civil engineering and land surveying experience to my clients, focused on providing my project engineer and management solutions for street and highway designs, bridge and large culvert designs, water supply, storage, distribution and treatment designs, airport designs, storm drainage planning and designs, and complete subdivision developments. In addition to the planning and design, serving as the project manager through the construction phase of the majority of the above projects provides additional insight for my clients. Relative to land surveying, I have been involved with a variety of land surveying throughout Northeast Iowa since 1984. With specific experience includes section breakdowns, rural boundary surveys, NRCS and other easements, town lot surveys, ALTA surveys, and many subdivisions, both city and rural.
