My passion is to see men come to a personal relationship with Jesus Christ and then nutured to become mature disciples of Jesus. This passion is carried out through the local church.I consult with and train pastors and local congregational leaders that are involved in ministries fostering the discipleship of men. Training presented is the Man in the Mirror (MIM) No Man Left Behind (NMLB) model which teaches how to develop and maintain a sustainable ministry to men. The training I use is the MIM Courseware which consists of two courses, Foundations, and Methods and Tactics. Each Course has eight sessions which include a video presentation by the MIM national training team followed by discussion of the presentation and planning and application exercises which I lead. Each session is 75-90 minutes long. The training is structured so that when a local church team completes the training they will have mapped out a general plan of what their ministry to men will include during the first six-twelve months. Because of its portability I can take the training wherever there is an interested community or congregation. This makes it much more convienient and cost effective for local churches.MIM seminars I can present include: Success That Matters, Rewired, Dads that Make a Difference, The Seven Seasons of a Man's Life, and Leading a Mission Driven Life.I have experience and success organizing, leading and speaking at Men's Retreats.
