Microsoft Cortana Connected Home: • Developed application layer in Node.js allowing users to control Honeywell TCC thermostats via voice commands given to Microsoft Cortana. • Customized internal integration tests in C# for the Honeywell TCC translator. • Updated software and fixed bugs in Node.js translator between Cortana and various IoT device provider software (thermostats, lights, switches, etc.) • Developed Windows Notebook Connected Home interface in TypeScript and Razor C# to allow users to interact with IoT devices from Windows.

Wrote individual goals and staff supports for a caseload of 26 individuals with developmental disabilities in a busy day habilitation program. Maintained records, prepared documentation for billing, developed creative programming, coordinated individual review meetings and covered supervisory plus other management duties of the site when the Program Manager was not present.

Involved in art, fitness, dance, educational, social, horticulture, animal therapy, horseback riding , etc. Developed events calendar, organized agency events, fundraising initiatives, etc. * Awarded program of the year in 2009 (out of approximately 50 departments in the agency).

Provided care and supports to adults with intellectual and other developmental disabilities, including ADLs, showering, bed baths, passing medications, transfers, hoyer lift operation, maintaining first aid & CPR certifications, transportation, cooking, home maintenance, etc. .Additional: * Special Review Committee for incident and accident review. * Sexuality and relationship trainer, taking part in an initiative to increase people's independence by attempting to teach the requisite knowledge needed by individuals with intellectual disabilities to become legally able to consent to sexual activity. * Member of the Grand Rounds committee, a brainstorming, multidisciplinary group with the goal of assisting various programs in the agency in dealing with complex and difficult challenges specific to their departments.
