I'm responsible for the global SQL server environment (operational infrastructure, SQL development, reporting, dashboards). • Managed (hands-on) all aspects of the IS infrastructure for our Canadian offices. This included server setup/administration, telecom installation/upgrades/maintenance (Nortel), networking (HP/Cisco), email (Lotus Notes), database systems (SQL), business reporting (Crystal/SSRS/Excel)• As a member of senior management, worked very close with other senior managers to evaluate and provide various systems, data and process related solutions.• Ad-hoc business data analysis and reporting based upon collaboration with local and remote management• Working with local management and our corporate head office to define, setup and maintain all technical aspects of the sales contact centre (call routing, call recording, call tracking, reporting, alerting, backups, etc..). • Hands-on development of a custom CDR tracking and reporting solution for our contact centres (Nortel PBX infrastructure). • Assisted our international operations with technical upgrades, support and business reports.• Ongoing business continuity planning and testing (servers, data, call routing).• Responsible for the technical aspects of multiple office re-locations.
