Bishop Lyle Dukes is Senior Pastor and Founder of Harvest Life Changers Church, International, an innovative and progressive ministry of over 7,000 members, located in Woodbridge, Virginia. He shares in ministry with his wife, Pastor Deborah Dukes. In addition to the church, Bishop Dukes also serves as the leader of the Empowerment Fellowship of Covenant Churches which includes approximately 500 churches in the United States and abroad.He was an All-American track runner and served as a commissioned officer in the United States military.
