This position is responsible for over 1 million sq. ft. of building area in 8 different schools on 92 acres of land. It is a K - 12 district.

A four year, residential university offering undergraduate, graduate and post-graduate degrees with campuses and extensions sites throughout; Included oversight of activities in the University Bookstore and Mail Services along with Facilities and Auxiliary Services and Campus Safety and Security. * Directed the restructuring of the Bookstore, leading to outsourcing of Bookstore operations which reversed negative bottom line impact.* Directed and oversaw the construction of the Waybright Student Life Center providing a new community gathering location for the University.* Directed and oversaw the construction of a 100 space parking lot for faculty and staff removing a parking lot from the center of campus making it more pedestrian friendly.* Coordinated the review team in Dining Services, leading to the replacement of the dining services provider with a new vendor resulting in increased student satisfaction.* Directed the smooth transition between food service providers, increasing meal plan participation by 10%.* Led the transition in university housing moving one residence hall from undergraduate to graduate housing, improving living arrangements for over 50% of residential graduate students.* Contributed to University Strategic Planning Committee, Trinity College Student Satisfaction Committee, Trinity College Enrollment Task Force and the University Safety Committee resulting in new initiatives, improved student satisfaction and providing a safer environment for the Deerfield campus.

Responsible for the activities of Facilities Services which includes maintenance, grounds, custodial and Motor Pool, Graduate Housing, Dining Services, Conference Services, Campus Safety and Security and liaison to the Village of Bannockburn.* Directed the planning and construction of four new facilities on campus improving the classroom and living environment of the university, meeting all occupancy deadlines.* Formed and Chaired the University Safety Committee resulting in the development of the University Safety Manual and Emergency Response Plan* Oversaw the Development of the University Blood Borne Pathogens program, Hazardous Materials Communication and safety training for the Facilities department.* Improved relationships with the Village of Bannockburn resulting in open communication and greater trust between the University and the Village.* Facilitated the development of the University Master Plan and Master Landscaping Plan providing the University with a blue print for campus development.* Organized the relocation of three departments on campus simultaneously ensuring that all were fully operational the day after the move.

Oversaw the activities of Institutional Services which included custodial care of the facilities, graduate housing and dining services.
