Responsible for the network administration and maintenance of five (5) production servers, two (2) development servers and thirty-five (35) workstations to include data backup and disaster recovery, applying security and critical updates monthly and scheduling automated ghosting of all hard drives.Designed and implemented triple internet connections to be used simultaneously using a FatPipe Warp appliance. Configured internal and external Domain Name Servers as well as a Cisco firewall for addressing both internally and externally to allow remote logins to individual servers from the internet and the internal network. Responsible for the complete design, implementation, coding and maintenance of seven (7) intranets (some with logins tied to the Active Directory) and one public website for our Customers.Researched, evaluated, negotiated and now maintain an Avaya VOIP phone system.Developed and presented beginner, intermediate and advanced training sessions for all Microsoft Office applications.
