As the first eCommerce brand of Fletcher Building’s Digital Ventures unit grew, I moved into supply chain primarily to solve the last-mile delivery problem. I was also responsible for implementing the systems and processes to: - Measure and improve operational efficiency in our warehouse operations- Identify and analyse key customer pain points through the contact centre, providing valuable insights to improve the overall customer experience and drive strategic initiativesDuring this time, I was also highly involved in the pricing project, where I gained a broad understanding of pricing strategy.

After university, I joined the Fletcher Distribution Digital Ventures team whose objective was to accelerate Fletcher Distribution's digital capability - initially through the launch of a low-cost rapid prototyping digital disruptor (Snappy) and then by applying a leveraged digital ventures model (i.e. the enablement platform Snappy was built on) to new market opportunities. I was involved from ideation, to development, to launch, to scale which gave me a unique experience in a corporate venturing.
