The Foundation inspires social change through strategic initiatives designed to engage the community, empower our leaders and invest in grassroots LGBTQ organizations across the five boroughs. At the Foundation I was instrumental in all development efforts, strategic communications and the management of our young giving circle (Stonewall Quarter Share). In my tenure we instituted a formal communications schedule resulting in an average email open rate of 15% above industry average and a click through rate above 60% above industry average.
