• Promoted to run Custom Publishing unit of world’s largest business magazine with a circulation of 2.5 million.
• Created new revenue streams by identifying, negotiating and implementing new partnerships to repurpose and license content across multiple platforms.
• Developed new web products and brand extensions, such as BusinessWeek Business as a Second Language.
• Increased NOI through cost management and transitioning to new vendors.

Handled all aspects of sales process, contract negotiation, and royalty management.Consulted for major publisher with start up magazine. Helped establish circulation in direct subscriptions, controlled circulation, and newsstand.

Managed scheduling, editing, copyediting, interior design, including photo sections, and jacket design for over 100 trade books per year. Acted as editor for various nonfiction titles. Duties included hiring and managing all freelance designers and editors and working directly with authors (Irwin Shaw, Elmore Leonard, Cynthia Freeman, Merv Griffin, etc)..
