I managed a small head office staff responsible for all accounting, human resource and field support functions and also supervised up to 16 driver/service representatives situated in 9 cities across the Northeastern U.S. I developed a new generation of windshield washer fluid that received patents in the U.S. and Canada and received the 2000 NorTech Innovation Award for this new technology. I led the company to win 6 consecutive Weatherhead 100 Awards recognizing the 100 fastest growing companies in Northern Ohio.
