Proactively manage 140+ claims while adhering to department standards. Effectively work with Defense Counsel and insureds to resolve Employment Practices Liability matters involving allegations of sexual harassment, discrimination, retaliation, hostile work environment, etc. within approved reserve authority.

Determine coverage, assess liability, determine property and/or injury damages, and resolve claim timely within approved authority.
