- Social media management :FB, IG, Line-@, social post scheduling photo production, member EDM production and sending.- Discussion board order maintenance, hot management, topic driven.- Responsible for all user side contact, including: telephone answering, online consultation, problem solving, activity contact, etc.- Execution and hosting of company and manufacturer activities.- Employee absence management and monthly benefit settlement.
