Lyman Casey is a Cognitive Psychologist with 20 years of professional experience in user experience research, usability and human computer interaction. As cofounder and partner at Centralis, Lyman helps companies and organizations of all sizes learn how to make their products more successful by making them easier for people to use. Prior to Centralis, Lyman served as Director of User Experience at the leading Chicago e-commerce integrator Giant Step, now part of Publicis Groupe. In that role, he established the company's User Experience practice and built a team recognized as leader by industry analysts such as Forrester Research.
