Responsible for driving and managing the ongoing evolution, innovation, and strategic direction of First Interstate Bank’s digital banking platforms. This includes implementing and managing the customer experience through the strategic development and execution of various remote, self-service, and digital delivery channels including, but not limited to, online banking, mobile banking, online account opening, corporate website, and all other digital platforms across all business units/divisions.

Work with Product Manager in product and services research, design, development, roll-out, maintenance, education and management of bank products and services. Other responsibilities include but not limited to; annual competitive pricing comparison, annual market share report; development and maintenance of consumer and cash management product information on intranet and internet websites; data mining and analysis.

Focus on customer service to branch and operation’s employees, as well as work on special projects and learn and support new operations processes and systems as they are implemented. Responsible for the day to day functioning of the department, supervision and monitoring of employees, and problem resolution.

Responsible for performing specific audit procedures to identify compliance with policies, procedures and applicable laws and regulations. Also responsible for identifying exceptions and probable reasons for their occurrence and making recommendations to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the control structure of the organization.
