Focus of this position is to drive Chartwells programs, top-line sales and customer satisfaction through implementing, supporting and effectively communicating all Chartwells marketing and merchandising standards. Responsibilities including development and implementation of marketing programs; working jointly with culinary and nutrition departments; communication and cascading information to the region; sharing best practices from the field; contribute to the development, implementation, operations and support of all K12 marketing and merchandising programs; develop and implement promotions for dining and retail; work directly with units to develop and implement marketing programs; assist with sales of new business; create presentations and proposals; travel to unit operations to assist with training of standards and new business openings; development of strategic plans for implementation over multiple contract years. Worked with 80+ accounts in 10 Western states.

Training assistant & general managers, overseeing the training and opening of new restaurants, presentations at regional meetings, planning travel as needed, setting up training series for managers both in and out of state, and overseeing my budget.
