Responsible for setting a framework of professional services and standards that are then provided by Area field teams. * Portfolio Management * Startegic Business Planning [Revenue activities]* Maintenance programme development and web publishing [Gov.uk] * Benchmarking / efficiency * Leadership and team Management Working with our partners to promote improvements in the core activities of asset maintenance, incident response and associated work carried out by field teams.key improvement work areas include: * Health and Safety – PPE, CDM and communication* Field staff Development – development and delivery of staff training programme * Incident Response – development of operational resilience in an incident. * Asset Maintenance – development of a risk based allocation and programming approach that follows through to operations on the ground. * Procurement and commercial - enhancing commercial awareness to deliver asset maintenance * Use of digital data in the field – embrace and innovate technology in the field
