I have grown a local charity to one that was working across all of Northumberland and North of Tyne. My skills and passion are connecting silo pieces of work and people together to create a much bigger impact with social and community sustainability. I have worked across all sectors, in schools working with head teachers, out in the community working with residents, local businesses and local authorities. Recently I have worked alongside the DfE and DLUCH to support equity and accessibility for all.I also developed my 'Outward Facing' techniques and knowledge as one of 15 Extended Services Co-ordinators in Northumberland. Once the funding for this came to a close we were ready with launching an independent charity using the learning and skills gained in this role.My passion is completely cemented in supporting people and projects to grow in a real and meaningful way letting trust and relationship building drive the pace!I have a lot of experience and just love to share with others as you can never stop learning!
