Credit Manager
Current• Overseeing entire credit functioning as well as track, communicate and draw insights from the performance of ongoing initiatives & be on top of all credit KPI’s through intensive monitoring • Identify operational inefficiencies and manage the implementation of small scale change within the Credit function• Created standard operating procedures and delivered training to credit personnel to improve operational efficiency• Collaborated with staff to maximize customer satisfaction, streamline procedures and improve bottom-line profitability• Providing in-depth detailed analysis of financial reports and calculate industry and credit risk• Involve in daily discussion with senior BDMs & Head of Sales on scenarios & workshop potential applications prior to credit submission • Updating & implementing policy changes when required• Regular communication with CEO & other senior members of the business (e.g Director, Head of Operation)• Create reporting to CEO using excel pivot table when required and to provide detailed analysis on these reports directly to CEO• Track, communicate and draw insights from the performance of ongoing initiatives & be on top of all credit KPI’s through intensive monitoring• Collaborated cross-functionally with sales, management and other departments to maintain effective operations
