Responsible for all of purchasing activities for plant in china, including raw material(chemical raw material and foam), Auxiliary products(including tape, Hot melt glue, EVA, EPDM, non-woven packing box, mold tool, label etc.) projects purchasing, equipment(some foam cutting equipment and spare parts), logistics(include local logistics and international forwarder), service(rental office and plant, decoration project, equipment Maintenance etc ), subcontractor. -Sourcing negotiate, development suppliers, management more than 400 suppliers to achieve good quality and low price, management contract and bidding.-Control purchasing cost to achieve an average of 3-8% saving yearly in commodities.-Keep Purchasing strategy and Purchasing Policy to meet global policy.-Keep almost 1000 containers import from Belgium and other countries per year smoothly,and handle customs emergencies.-Check k all purchasing documents (include orders, contracts, payment applications, clearance customs documents invoice,PL,BL) to be sent out correctly.-Handle all complaints and claim.-Train and make up effective KPIs to suppliers and purchasing team and related departments.-Rich experiences in moving plant.Report to China General Manager.
