My mission is to influence policies, foster open dialogue and drive meaningful change. Key initiatives I’ve led include:-Powering Women, a leadership development program -LGBT+ professional development-Mandatory Respect in the workplace and Conscious Inclusion training, with 98% annual completion-Sponsoring research with the Business Disability Forum.-Conference on Demystifying LGBTQ+ workplace inclusion in India -Producing impactful films like Unique People, Powerful Together, which has won multiple awards.My journeyMy personal and professional journey has shaped my passion for this work. My career path has been diverse, including early career in mental health and social mobility, which opened my eyes to the significant work needed in the social aspect of ESG.I bridge the gap between different employee populations while navigating a dynamic external environment – from reporting requirements to policy changes and community expectations. It’s a constantly evolving field, and I’m committed to continuous learning to drive positive change.My visionI believe in inspiring a movement where everyone feels empowered to create a more inclusive workplace.
