* Provide effective leadership to the Special Groups & Coach Operations team to promote the achievement of teams and individual goals and positive working relationships across the business* Provide sales, reservations and information service to Travel Agents and Direct Customers and support the Groups team by ensuring enquiries are converted into sales. * Provide team leadership to ensure achievement of sales targets and the effective operation of the Groups teams* Provide professional administrative leadership to the Coach Touring operations team* Detailed knowledge of the New Zealand tourism infrastructure, products and regions. * An understanding of cost and margin* Strong Product knowledge and the ability to negotiate and introduce new product, preferential rates and contracts for ad-hoc group tours & series coach tours * Motivate and lead, along with a strong understanding of operational issues* Represent the business at Sales Conferences and Expos
