The Consortium of Independent Immunology Clinics (CIIC) is a professional medical organization represented by a group of select Board Certified Allergist and Immunologists in private practice throughout the USA. We provide affordable and high-quality care for patients with Primary Immune Deficiency Disorders (PIDD), Allergies and Asthma, promote access to treatment for rare diseases, serve as advocates to patients and physicians who care for PIDD patients, and participate in research that benefits patient care.

Greenfield implementation of SAP Hybris e-Commerce platform to Fortune 500 global medical device company. Leadership role in Program Management Office, focused on US Stakeholderholder Management, preparation for pilot, and global deployment. Responsible for US organization design, change management, as well as communications and training delivery to US Sales Force, Customer Service Representatives and Surgical Customer Accounts. Cross divisional budget, forecast and capital appropriation advisory services. Agile method project.

IT tool assessment and implementation of Software and process improvements to enhance the Customer Experience. Partner with Business to secure tools and escalate Service Level concerns with IT operations. IT vendor and tool assessments include EDI capability, optical character recognition, workforce management, call monitoring, voice of the customer, hosted contact center and service quality assessment software.

Supported CIO and all of CIO's Direct Reports to improve financial management and planning discipline and disjointed processes resulting from acquisition and integration activities. Delivered Finance and Accounting basic training to IT leaders - including Fixed Asset accounting, accruals, amortization and pre-paid accounting. Interviewed and on-boarded full time IT Finance team member to sustain processes and update training.

"Greenfield" global SAP ECC and Bi Hana implementation to 50 countries. Managing program capital appropriations/spend/budgeting, tools and operational support processes and resources across a blended internal/consulting global team of over 300 people net, at peak.

Successfully managed full project lifecycle global client service engagements from pre-sales through delivery at Walmart, Borden Dairy, Rent A Center. Consistently exceeded annual sales and managed revenue goals and recognized as a high performer. In addition to client service delivery, provided subject matter expertise on client proposals, held leadership roles in the local Deloitte office and with the National Service Line. Participated in experienced hire recruiting, recognized as role model counselor to junior staff, demonstrated eminence by speaking on university campuses, teaching for professional organizations (Institute of Internal Audit), planning conferences and speaker panels (Finance Operations CFO Series) and lead the bi-annual Mid- America Deloitte Shared Services Executives Roundtables.
