Manage all administrative and support activities for Employee Benefits Division, acting as department liaison on administrative and system issues, and serving on in-house Security Committee, Quality Management Committee, and Agency Management System Steering Committee.Participated in selection process of new Agency Management System, ensuring system meets needs of Employee Benefits Division. Responsible for successful roll-out of system for Division, including transition plan, training, and management of process.Implement and monitor systems and procedures, ensuring adherence to service quality standards, Errors and Omissions standards, and efficiency levels. Develop procedures and workflows. Instruct and train staff on systems, procedures, and workflows. Manage and coordinate Form 5500 filings for multiple clients. In-house benefits compliance Subject Matter Expert.Participated in selection process for third-party vendor to manage Form 5500 process. Responsible for successful transition to vendor. Responsible for cash management process of Employee Benefits Division including invoicing, cash receipt application, analyzing, tracking, and monitoring revenues. Interact with insurance carrier personnel on commission, licensing, and troubleshooting issues.Member of Corporate Wellness Committee, responsible for coordinating wellness activities for employees.
