- Responsible for high-level organization of over 50 students from over 15 degrees at the University of Michigan in order to design, manufacture, and compete with a high speed electric boat. - Overseeing high-level team operations with the Mechanical, Electrical, Operations, and Business sub teams - Coordinating recruitment and sponsorship events, and communication with the department, college, university, and professional liaisons. - Managing a budget of $500,000+ dedicated to the design, manufacturing, and testing of TiDE, a 22-ft fully electric tunnel hull.

- Responsible for ensuring all 50+ members are trained on all necessary equipment to promote a productive and efficient working environment.- Communicated effectively with internal directors as well as external counterparts and collaborated with donors and business members to obtain sponsorships.- Oversaw safety of manufacturing, recruitment, logistics, and communications.- Charted a logistical plan on how the team operates in order to meet timelines and competition dates.

- Welded multiple components for the 2023 competition including a trailer for a 17ft. catamaran, hydrofoils, and organizational items necessary to compete.- Utilized donated components and collaborated with three other members to design and manufacture a fully functional electric racing vessel in three days to compete at the 2023 Promoting Electric Propulsion competition.

• Collaborating with a team of three other Instructional Aides and two faculty lecturers to provide a unique learning environment that gives first-year students the opportunity to integrate design, manufacturing, and teamwork into one unified experience.

- Designing and manufacturing a model scale wind turbine for the 2024 Collegiate Wind Competition in conjunction with a team of 50+ undergraduate students.

- Coordinating the logistics between companies, industry professionals, and the NAME department at the University of Michigan to host presentations in which NAME students learn more about the industry, leading to more internship and employment opportunities.- Organize profession development events which allow students to attend the annual Society of Naval Architects and Marine Engineers Maritime Conference.

- Designed and implemented multiple equipment upgrades including a shark-fin style yaw-control system, a reduced mass swinging apparatus for the Generic Prismatic Planing Hull, and a welded rigid support structure for a beam bending experiment for the NA492 Marine Engineering 1 laboratory course.- Conducted hydroacoustic experiments, including instrumentation set-up and calibration, in the Gravity-Capillary Tank and Towing Tank to compare the theoretical approach to our equipment and experimental results.- Refined welding skills (TIG - steel) and gained competence in additional skills (MIG, TIG - aluminum) through various projects such as frames, structural members, and lab upgrades.

- Contributed with fifteen other researchers to explore the design characteristics and operation of naval vessels in the Marginalized Ice Zone in an ongoing student-led research group, Naval Engineering Education Consortium.- Gained competence in welding (TIG - steel) through various projects - including lab upgrades, frames, and structural projects.

- Collaborated with three other interns using Rhino and SolidWorks to fabricate and hydrodynamically test a model of a vintage pleasure craft, resulting in a visual display with accompanying hydrostatics outcomes at the Harbor Springs Historical Society in Harbor Springs, MI.- Utilized SolidWorks to model lab facilities in order to design and manufacture upgrades.
