Senior Solutions Engineer
Current- Provide technical sales support and product expertise to our Sales and Client/Customer Success teams, collaborating closely with team members to empower customers to optimize their partnership with Turnitin.- Respond to pitch requests across various client levels, including senior decision-makers.- Conduct client and customer needs assessments and solution discovery sessions, which may include completing technical questionnaires during the sales process.- Navigate intricate customer use cases and demonstrate how our product adds value to specific, complex scenarios. Drive solutions that benefit all stakeholders.- Collaborate with Sales Enablement and Product Marketing to develop and deliver tailored product demonstrations, catering to diverse personas and audiences, that address customer pain points and deliver compelling solutions. -Work alongside our Implementation and Onboarding Consultants to ensure strategic customer success and seamless transitions. Identify client needs, contract terms, and technical requirements, and work together to deliver solutions and overcome technical challenges.- Manage Trial/Pilot programs for prospective clients in the sales cycle.- Represent our product's value proposition, both from a technical and functional standpoint, at events such as conferences, onsite visits, and demonstrations.- Act as a mentor to sales team members and other Sales Engineers, providing coaching, development, and support.
