Developed PHP / WordPress websites for WaterBoy (www.heywaterboy.com) and Doubleheader Mountain Association (www.doubleheadermountain.org). Developed MySQL database for Doubleheader Mountain Association for keeping track of residents, landlords, and members. Developed eCommerce website for www.HarrietHargrave.com, including extensive PHP customizations to CoreCommerce platform.

Research and development of initial automated testing suite using Selenium (Java) and TestNG for new website. Developed library of page objects enabling testing from product search all the way through ecommerce checkout.

On a contract with CenturyLink for project support on SeRT, a C# .NET application with an Oracle database. Coordinated between different CenturyLink teams (including some off-shore) and developed a high level design for upcoming projects.

Staff engineer involved in the development and coding of a web based, highly secure, document management system (iLattice). Extensive coding in Java, JSP, as well as Javascript and CSS. Developed a C# .NET VSTO add-in for Microsoft Word to enable uploading a document to the iLattice system directly from Microsoft Word, including validating login security.Integrated JQuery to the iLattice product. Implemented cross-browser drag-and-drop uploading and downloading of documents.Received a recognition award from Sandia National Laboratories as a member of their Integrated Workflow Team, for performing a major overhaul and updating of the Cubit modeling software. Developed extensive customized XML definitions for the Cubit user interface.Coded extensive Javascript customizations to the CK Editor portion of iLattice.

Three week contract working on intranet admin pages in classic ASP, as well as designing the database to support the application and writing stored procedures to process the information.

Lead programmer on the redesign of the physician search portion of the web site. When the new design was deployed, searches ran at 1/10th of the time they had previously taken. Developed sophisticated 404 handler files using ColdFusion to parse incoming URLs and generate pages based on available data (SQL Server 2005) or 301 forward to another appropriate location. HealthGrades’ database has over one million physicians and health specialists, and each profile page is now driven using the 404 handler files. Part of team of four developers responsible for maintaining, developing, and improving the HealthGrades e-commerce site, an extensive ColdFusion site that uses the Fuesbox framework and extensive Javascript, CSS, Ajax, MS SQL. Lead programmer on a number of rapidly developed projects, including the architecture, development, and implementation of the hospital profile pages (starting url is http://www.healthgrades.com/hospital-directory). Responsibilities included maintaining, improving, and ensuring search engine optimization of www.healthgrades.com, a top 10 ranked health site with over 6 million unique visitors per month.

Created and headed up new customer service department, greatly improving customer satisfaction and retention. Developed a MySQL database for tracking customer issues and software bugs.Assisted in project coordination and scheduling of 8 other employees, improving intra-office efficiency and coordination.Maintained and debugged ExpressLink, an ASP e-commerce software package developed by Software Services, Inc. and hosted for clients who desired web access to their FACTS back office software.Programmed custom modifications to ExpressLink, using ASP pages with VBScript and interfacing with a Postgresql database.
