Dr. Boyd-Judson is CEO and co-chair of the collaborative nonprofit Oxford Initiative for Global Ethics and Human Rights and founder of the Initiative's Global Women's Narratives Project. Previous to her international human rights law degree at Oxford, Boyd-Judson held the UNESCO Chair for Global Humanities and Ethics from 2016-2019. She has taught at USC for 15 years and has co-directed short courses at Oxford for six years. She teaches (fall semesters) in the USC Keck School of Medicine's narrative medicine program. She has developed multi-university seminars on ethics and human rights in Oxford, Northern Ireland, Greece, Hong Kong, Egypt, Turkey, and South Africa.
