Founded and built a team to drive the development and implementation of engineering policies that provided clear guidance on enterprise customer requirements for Google Cloud. Advocated for critical deals across the Product Engineering teams behind the Google Cloud Platform resulting in changes that continue to streamline the contracting experience for larger deals. Partnered with the new Cloud Information Security Office to build a shared engineering policy development framework to mitigate the largest risks on the plaform in areas of Security, Privacy, Reliability and Insider Risk.

Founded and grew the first partner engineering team for Google Cloud responsible for onboarding technology partners across the platform. Grew the team to over a 100 partner engineers with a global footprint for 24/7 support of critical partnerships. Drove the onboarding of Marketplace partnerships resulting in an ARR of $XXM. Expanded the team into onboarding for partnerships across the growing suite of Google Cloud Products. Drove a vision of building a streamlined experience for partners in Google Cloud has provided a critical bridge for enterprise customers with the right tools in storage, compute and security readily available from within our platform resulting in the first console-integrated experience with a critical enterprise storage partner. Grew the console-integrated experience further with the a #1 server vendor and a solution for the #1 enterprise database vendor. Through 3 major reorganizations in Cloud, I have developed the vision and transformed my team to continuously provide a critical function for the Google business. Drove the launch of an integrated bare metal solution for the #1 enterprise database resulting in $XXm in pipeline and landing the largest customer deal on the platform to date.Received a Founder's Award for driving the certification of Google Cloud Platform (including a new hardware platform) in record time for the largest ERP vendor in the world.

Led a team of Solution Architects in developing proposals and driving the implementation of solutions in the early days of Google Cloud. Responsible for proposing and driving development of the first 1-click marketplace, Click2Deploy, of sample applications including popular open source applications like LAMP, MySQL, Postgres, Varnish, etc. Launched the Click2Deploy marketplace to Cloud customers driving over 10% of the compute revenue. Onboarded the first application-based partner to Google Cloud starting a market for 1-click partner solutions.
