Technical Manager responsible for the ETRM and Pipeline Management systems in support of our Intrastate Gas organization.

Managing multiple concurrent projects for natural gas interstate pipelines, supporting the in-servicing effort of a new pipeline and compressor reversal, Topic 606 reporting, Transportation and Storage Management Software user interface re-write, reporting standardization, and system consolidation process GAP definition. Directed software development team priorities, identifying organizational needs, facilitating business process standardization, executive reporting, and monitoring progress of deliverables.

•Asset Management over 6400+ miles of liquids pipelines, including responsibility for operations support, contract enforcement, annual revenue budget development, Joint Venture budget development, and managing Joint Venture contract obligations.•Business Development over same four joint venture and six wholly-owned Pipeline assets•Negotiation of Operating, Construction, Connection, Storage, Fractionation, Exchange, Buy/Sell, and Transportation Services Agreements. •Chairman of the Management and Technical Committees with overall responsibility for the day-to-day management of the joint ventures, including financial reporting, cash flow management, and management of the noted agreements.•Negotiations, contract creation, and contract management of TSA dedication deal with guaranteed minimum 13MM barrels annual volume •Negotiation and oversight of the operations transition of a 572 mile 8” line in 2015

•Manage a team of 6 professionals supporting Contracts, Rates, and 37 Truck Terminals across 6 pipelines.•Work with regulators during FERC audit of MAPL pipeline•Negotiation of Connection, Exchange and Buy/Sell Agreements.•Identify needs, secure commitments and monitor progress of deliverables from software development teams.•Business lead for the Customer Information Solution, TIMS, and Truck Rack systems.

•Manage a dynamic and diverse team of 28 professionals supporting 70 applications. Team members include Developers, Business Analysts, Project Coordinators and Project Managers.•Organize and execute projects on time and within budgets ranging from $75K to $2.5MM. •Supervise staff: assign and monitor work activities, provide coaching, set priorities for team, resolve problems quickly, implement changes into production in a quality manner adhering to IT procedures.
