CurrentMeets with Program Managers at the beginning of a new project, to discuss subcontracting requirements and answer any questions concerning the required subcontract type (FFP, CPFF, T&M, etc.), and required backup documents to initiate and execute a subcontract.Ensures that subcontract files are compliant with Prime Contract/CPSR requirements for Federal AcquisitionsCreates and negotiates the subcontract with suppliersCreates and maintains official subcontract files with all required backup documentation to support our approved purchasing systemProvides training to the PM’s and Division Administrators on subcontract requirementsStays up to date on subcontracts standards, legislation, plans and policiesEnsures that the subcontract is consistent with legal requirements, customer specifications and government regulationsPrepares and disseminates information to appropriate employees regarding subcontract status, compliance, modification, deviation, negotiation, and terminationBuilds positive relationships with subcontractors and internal teammates by maintaining excellent internal and external customer service standardsDevelops solutions to complex problems which require the regular use of ingenuity and innovation
