Assembled and led project-based teams of designers and engineers for a portfolio of over 60 clients including Microsoft, Motorola, Sirius XM, Mr. Coffee, Oster, and Valvoline. Defined and executed the end-to-end UX strategy for hardware, desktop, mobile, and embedded software solutions. Created standards and processes enabling us to consistently deliver meaningful results.
