As the Lead Artist Educator at PAA my role involves (in addition to teaching classes) managing the other artist educators, as well as encouraging and nurturing their creativity. It is fun to brainstorm with the other artists to figure out ways to integrate different art forms with an academic focus! I offer support and assistance with planning meetings, lesson planning, Partner Teacher correspondence, supply planning/ordering and classroom management. My duties also include going to initial meetings at participating schools to present what PAA can do for their schools, and to discuss details going forward.

Being the only employee at this small company, the job was a mixture of many tasks. Accounting, data entry, customer service, product management and shipping, document editing, screening and interviewing for company placement, personal assistant.

At this company I created graphic art and textiles for a sleepwear company. I had a lot of experience creating my own designs as well as using style guides from companies such as Disney, Warner Brothers, and various others.

Created graphic and textile designs for sleep wear and sports wear. Some experience with licensed artwork.
